Free tracked shipping

All orders ship free with tracking. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and selected EU countries (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland and Luxembourg).

How long will it take?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Woks ship directly from our partner workshop's warehouse in China. Typical delivery after dispatch:

United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: about 5–10 business days
Germany and Ireland: about 6–10 business days
France, Netherlands and other EU countries: about 8–18 business days
United States: about 5–12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons and customs checks can add a few days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Australia and New Zealand: nothing extra to pay on delivery for orders like ours.
United Kingdom and EU: our prices include VAT. Import VAT and customs charges are paid by us before your parcel arrives, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
United States: import duties are included in our price.
Canada: GST/HST and any import duty are not included in our price. The carrier may collect them, plus a handling fee, on delivery.

If a carrier ever asks you for a charge we haven't mentioned here, contact us before paying and we'll sort it out.
