Overview

This website is operated by Hammerwok, a trading name of Özbek E-Ticaret Reklamcılık İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Natural materials such as iron and wood vary, and color and finish may differ slightly from the photos. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed incorrectly or we suspect fraud; if we cancel, we refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch.

Safe use

Iron cookware and handles get very hot. Use oven gloves, keep away from children while in use and follow our care guide. Do not use damaged cookware.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms. The version published when you order applies to that order.
