Data controller

What we process
- Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
- Order and customer service: products ordered, order amounts, messages you send us, return requests.
- Transaction security: IP address, device and browser information, payment status. Your card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page; we do not store your full card number.
- Marketing: email address and preferences, only if you sign up.
Why and on what legal basis
- To take, deliver and support your order and handle returns: necessary for the performance of the contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- To keep invoices and records and to meet tax and consumer law duties: legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
- To keep the store secure and prevent fraud: our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- To send marketing emails: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our licensed payment service provider, our fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, and our email provider. Some of these providers are located outside Türkiye, so your data may be transferred abroad under KVKK Art. 9 to deliver your order. We may also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by law (for example, commercial and tax records).
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You can ask whether we process your data, request information about it, learn the purpose and recipients, ask us to correct or delete it, object to results produced solely by automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
